Quantified Self Amsterdam 2013 (Frontiers in Self-Tracking – Slides)

We are just back from a whirlwind trip to Amsterdam for the Global Quantified Self Conference, followed by a tour of Italy (Naples, Capri, Sorrento, Solerno, Amalfi… pizza).

It was awesome to speak the the QS plenary on medicine. In "Frontiers of Self-Tracking," in order to demonstrate the blurred lines between medical tools and self-tracking tools, I tried to represent some of the hidden gems and surprisingly high tech items that are now or will soon be available to self-trackers.
